A community meeting will be held on October 13 on a request to rezone 2.93 acres to C-2 and to obtain a Special Use Permit for a Nursing Home and Life Care Facility on property located on Starkey Road, in the Cave Spring Magisterial District.
Rezoning Application Withdrawal: Keagy Road
Roanoke H&R RE, LLLP and Fralin & Waldron Commercial Rental Limited Partnership have withdrawn the rezoning application for the 1300 block of Electric Road and 4000 block of Keagy Road in the Windsor Hills Magisterial District.
