Since 1982, the Virginia Economic Developers Association has increased the effectiveness of those who practice economic, industrial, and community development in Virginia. The Virginia Economic Developers Association is the voice in Virginia for shaping economic development public policy and a primary source of strong and effective education and networking for economic development professionals.

Virginia Municipal League (VML)
The Virginia Municipal League is a statewide, nonprofit, nonpartisan association of city, town and county governments established in 1905 to improve and assist local governments through legislative advocacy, research, education and other services. The membership includes all 39 cities in the state, 156 towns and 10 counties.
