Explore Park is where adventure begins! Soar through the trees on the Treetop Quest aerial adventure course, featuring zip-lines and challenge obstacles for ages four and up. McAfee Knob is one of the most photographed sites along the Appalachian Trail. The knob features a 270-degree panoramic view of the Catawba Valley and North Mountain to the west, Tinker Cliffs to the north, and the Roanoke Valley to the east. Learn more about the hike to McAfee Knob below.
