On Tuesday, April 7, and Wednesday, April 8, the on-ramp to southbound I-581 from Elm Avenue will be closed from 10 p.m. in the evening to 6 a.m. the following morning.
On Thursday, April 9, there will be a right lane closure on eastbound Elm Avenue from 8 p.m. in the evening to 11 a.m. Friday morning, April 10. Traffic traveling eastbound towards Vinton will use the turn lane onto the I-581 on-ramp as a through lane. Police may assist with traffic control.
