[ARCHIVED] Rezoning Application Withdrawal: Keagy Road

On September 9, 2016, the Roanoke County Department of Community Development received a request from Roanoke H&R RE, LLLP and Fralin & Waldron Commercial Rental Limited Partnership to withdraw their application to rezone approximately 23.01 acres from PTD with conditions, Planned Technology Development, District and R-1, Low Density Residential, District to PTD, Planned Technology Development, District with proffered conditions on property located in the 1300 block of Electric Road and 4000 block of Keagy Road, Windsor Hills Magisterial District. As a result of the request, the public hearings scheduled before the Roanoke County Planning Commission for October 4, 2016, and Roanoke County Board of Supervisors for October 25, 2016, have been canceled.
