[ARCHIVED] Armed Robbery at Carter Bank & Trust

On 11/23/2016, at 4:21 PM, a blue 4 door vehicle, possibly a 90's model Honda Civic, pulled up to the front of the Carter Bank and Trust at the intersection of Plantation Rd and Hollins Rd.
