Our Path to Reopening

Glenvar, Hollins, South County, and Vinton Libraries have reopened by reservation for County residents, Monday through Saturday from 10:00am-5:00pm, with visitors not to exceed 25% normal occupancy. Patrons may make reservations for one hour time slots via the library’s website or by calling their library location. The library will close for cleaning from 1:00pm-2:00pm each day. Curbside services are available at all six RCPL locations.

Winter Reading Program

Our Winter Reading Program is going on now. Sign up on our website or use your Beanstack account to register. Read two books and complete two activity badges by March 5 to complete the program and win a prize!

The Great Backyard Bird Count

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten
