All month long, visit the Glenvar, Hollins, South County, and Vinton branches to celebrate TeenTober! We'll have Teen Pop Up Events and special Takeaway Crafts centered around themes like technology, art, and writing. Each week is different so you don't know until you show. Join us at the Vinton Library for a ghost hunting program, presented by Research Society Virginia Paranormal of Roanoke. Curbside Trick or Treating
