Winter Reading Program for Adults & Kids

There's still plenty of time to sign up!

Children up to age 5: Read 20 books in the various multi-cultural categories. Return your completed log to your local branch and be entered to win the grand prize.

Adults: Read three books for a prize. Categories include: book that feel like home, book that is an adventure, and book from a different culture.

Need help finding titles? Come and ask! We are happy to help.

Paper reading logs are available now. Program ends March 18. Logs must be turned in to your favorite RCPL location by closing on March 18.

Hotspots Available!

RCPL makes it easy to get online with a hotspot, available at all locations. If you are a library card holding resident of Roanoke County, you can check out a hotspot for free. Hotspots can be used to connect your tablet, laptop, or other WiFi enabled device to 4G LTE networks. RCPL hotspots can be borrowed for 28 days. Check one out here and come see us.

New Catalog Feature

Did you know that you can get curated emails sent to you with recommendations? Visit rvl.info and click on My Account. From there, click on Notification Preferences then the Area of Interest tab. Sign up for as many as you like. Categories include new fiction, graphic novels, romance, picture books, and more. Questions or need assistance? Come and see us or give us a call.
