If I need a land disturbing permit, do I need an engineered plan for my project?

If the disturbance of the project is going to be 10,000 square feet or greater an engineered plan is required. For projects that disturb less than 10,000 square feet an Agreement in Lieu of an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan may be issued at Roanoke County’s discretion.
