A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM, at the Arthur Taubman Center at Explore Park. (Using Google Maps: 50 Roanoke River Parkway Road; access from milepost 115 on the Blue Ridge Parkway, or via Rutrough Road.) Bids will only be accepted from Bidders in attendance at this pre-bid conference.
