The Virginia Department of Transportation invites you to attend a virtual design public hearing for a project to widen 5.1 miles of Interstate 81 between exits 137 and 141 in Roanoke County and Salem. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 9, from 5 to 7 p.m. as a virtual event. Click on the link to learn more about the project, comment on the proposed project, and participate in the virtual public hearing on February 9th. VDOT representatives will make a presentation beginning at 5 p.m. and answer questions through the WebEx Chat function after the presentation is completed. A recorded version of the presentation will be available on the project page after the hearing.
