    Swing by your favorite RCPL location to pick up one of our spring loyalty cards! Earn a prize for visiting us 10 times then get your grand prize at 20 visits over the course of this spring event. Card must be present at each time of visit. For curbside, please place card in trunk or backseat for staff to stamp. Loyalty Rewards program will be from March 15 through May 15.

    Pick up a wooden disk and write one word on it. It can be something you love, a feeling, an action word, etc. We will create a poetry display at the library using all the disks we receive.

    Celebrate Poetry Month and National Library Week by writing a poem about the library. Pick up a poetry making kit, create a poem starting with a library quote and and using your senses to answer questions, shuffle your answers until they say what you want and you have created a poem. Send a picture of your poem and we will display some of them on our social media.

  11. Girls Who Code (Grades 3-5)

    Girls Who Code offers free after-school programs for 6th-12th grade girls (we also have a club for 3rd-5th grade girls), forming a sisterhood of supportive peers and role models using computer science to change the world. The Girls Who Code curriculum is designed for students with a wide range of computer experience. The clubs also teach teamwork, confidence, time management, communication, and more!
