The Accounts Payable Division of the Finance & Management Services Department is responsible for accurately processing all invoices. Accounts Payable provides services for the following entities:

• County of Roanoke
• Community Development Authority
• Economic Development Authority
• Roanoke Center for Animal Care and Protection (RCACP)
• Roanoke County Public Schools
• Roanoke Valley Resource Authority
• Roanoke Valley Greenways Commission
• Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority (Explore Park)
• Western Virginia Regional Jail Authority
