[ARCHIVED] Traffic Alert: Weekend Lane Closures Scheduled for Interstate 81 in Roanoke County

SALEM – Weather permitting, right or left lane closures may be in place at two locations on Interstate 81 in Roanoke County on Friday, October 3 and Saturday, October 4. Each night, work will be performed from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following morning.

Drivers can expect alternating lane closures at mile marker 133 for repairs to the I-81 bridge over Route 927 (Glenvar Heights Road) and at mile marker 137 for repairs to the I-81 bridge over Route 112 (Wildwood Road).
