[ARCHIVED] Traffic Alert: Expect Delays on Route 311 for Spot Paving

SALEM – Weather permitting, work crews will begin spot paving on Route 311 in Roanoke County starting on Thursday, April 21. Work is expected to be completed in about a week in late April.

Drivers should expect delays as flaggers and pilot vehicles will control traffic during daylight hours from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on weekdays.
