[ARCHIVED] Community Meeting: Valley Management Co. Inc. & Friendship Health and Rehab Center South, Inc.

A community meeting will be held on October 13th at 6:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room on a request by Valley Management Co. Inc. and Friendship Health and Rehab Center South, Inc. to rezone 2.93 acres from R-1, C-1 and C-1C to C-2 and to obtain a Special Use Permit for a Nursing Home and Life Care Facility on property located at 5665, 5647, 0 and 5669 Starkey Road, in the Cave Spring Magisterial District. This request is also to amend a proffered condition and Special Use Permit conditions on the parcel located at 5647 Starkey Road. See the Community Meeting Notice for additional information.
