[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing for Rife+Wood at 3722 Colonial Ave. Has Been Continued Until May 23

The public hearing and second reading of the petition of Richard Rife, Rife Wood Architects, to rezone approximately 0.374 acre from R-1, Low Density Residential, District to C-1, Low Intensity Commercial, District, located at 3722 Colonial Avenue, Cave Spring Magisterial District has been continued at the request of the petitioner to May 23, 2017.

Accordingly, the 7:00 p.m. session of the Board has been canceled for April 25, 2017. For more information about this public hearing, contact Planning Services at (540) 772-2065.
