Apply to Vote by Mail

Deadline to Register to Vote / Update Registration is Tuesday, October 13, 2020.

Deadline to Apply to Vote by Mail is October 23, 2020, by 5 PM. Ballots will be mailed starting Friday, September 18, 2020. Ballots requested by mail must be voted and returned by mail or delivered to our office by the voter.

Vote In Person at the Department of Elections office at 900 Chestnut Street in Vinton beginning Friday, September 18, 2020, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM until 4 PM. The office will also be open Saturday, October 24, 2020, and Saturday, October 31, 2020, from 8 AM until 4 PM.
>> The last day to Vote In Person before the General Election is Saturday, October 31, 2020, by 4 PM.
