Calls to Roanoke County's 9-1-1 center should be reserved for emergency situations only. Please contact the agencies below to report non-emergency utility outages and road/street issues.

To report problems with water mains or water outages, contact the Western Virginia Water Authority, 24 hours a day at (540) 853-5700 or submit your issue to https://www.westernvawater.org/about-us/contact-us/online-contact-form.
