Telephone Maintenance

Phone System Maintenance Notice for Wednesday, September 10, 2025

Please be advised that our phone system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, September 10th, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. During this maintenance window, there may be minor interruptions or brief periods of downtime when phone service is unavailable. We do not anticipate extended outages, and normal service should resume promptly once maintenance is complete.

This maintenance will not affect calls to 9-1-1 or call to Roanoke County's non-emergency number at 540-562-3265.

Thank you for your understanding and patience while this necessary work is performed to keep our systems reliable.
