Roanoke County citizens are asked to direct calls for service and information related to weather conditions to the appropriate agencies and offices...

Calls to 9-1-1 should be reserved for emergency situations only.

VDOT plows and maintains Roanoke County's roads and streets. For snow plowing schedules, call VDOT at (540) 387-5488. http://www.virginiadot.org/

For current travel conditions, call 5-1-1.

To report power outages, call AEP at 1 (800) 956-4237.

To report problems with water mains contact the Western Virginia Water Authority at (540) 853-5700.
