(July 3, 2013 - 11:00 PM) Due to heavy flooding and several large landslides, Police are advising that Bent Mountain Road is closed from Poage Valley Road to approximately Back Creek Elementary. Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible and seek alternate routes. It is unknown at this time how long it will be until the roadway is clear.
Motorists traveling the area overnight should use caution and be aware of flash flooding that may be covering roadways.
