Officers from the U.S. Marshals Task Force have taken Eddie Wayne Mullins into custody in reference to the Malicious Wounding that occurred in the area of the 3900 Block of Flint Rd. located in Roanoke County. Mullins was located outside a residence on 8th street in Roanoke City and was arrested without incident. Mullins has been charged with Malicious Wounding and Using a firearm in the Commission of a Felony. The victim's name is not currently being released.
