A land use application has been filed with the Roanoke County Department of Community Development by the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors. The request is to rezone approximately 0.51 acre from R-1 Low Density Residential District to C-2 General Commercial District, for the purpose of expanding commercial services and activities on Brambleton Avenue, located at 3319 and 3323 Westmoreland Drive, Cave Spring Magisterial District. A community meeting regarding this request will be held as follows.
