[ARCHIVED] Community Meeting for Westmoreland Drive Rezoning Request

A land use application has been filed with the Roanoke County Department of Community Development by the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors. The request is to rezone approximately 0.51 acre from R-1 Low Density Residential District to C-2 General Commercial District, for the purpose of expanding commercial services and activities on Brambleton Avenue, located at 3319 and 3323 Westmoreland Drive, Cave Spring Magisterial District. A community meeting regarding this request will be held as follows.

DATE: Tuesday, November 19, 2013

PLACE: Roanoke County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room
5204 Bernard Drive

TIME: 7:00 pm

The community meeting is sponsored by the applicant for consideration of its application. The mailing of this notice and the community meeting does not signify support for, endorsement of, or judge the merits of this application by Roanoke County.

Please note that in addition to the community meeting, this petition is scheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Commission on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 7:00 pm, in the Board Meeting Room at the Roanoke County Administration Center, 5204 Bernard Drive. In addition, the petition is scheduled for a public hearing before the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 7:00 pm, in the Board Meeting Room at the Roanoke County Administration Center, 5204 Bernard Drive.
