March 3, 2014 -- A land use application has been filed with the Roanoke County Department of Community Development by McDonald’s USA, LLC. The request is to obtain a special use permit for a restaurant, drive-in or fast food in the Clearbrook Village Overlay District (CVOD), on approximately a one acre portion of a 6.67 acre parcel located at 5347 Franklin Road, in the Cave Spring Magisterial District. A community meeting regarding this request will be held as follows.

TIME: 6:30 p.m.

Please note that in addition to the community meeting, this petition is scheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 7:00 pm, in the Board Meeting Room at the Roanoke County Administration Center, 5204 Bernard Drive.
