(ROANOKE COUNTY, VA) November 20, 2014 – Board of Supervisors Chairman Joe McNamara and Cave Spring Supervisor Charlotte Moore welcomed the Hilton Garden Inn to Roanoke County at a ribbon-cutting event this morning.
Located at South Peak, the new hotel is the first commercial project on the property being developed by Smith/Packett. The $15 million project offers 117 rooms for travelers and tourists, and will officially open to the public on December 4. The Hilton Garden Inn is expected to create forty new jobs.
