(Updated: 12:00 p.m.) Roanoke County Solid Waste crews are collecting trash today. Collection typically begins at 7 a.m. but was delayed this morning due to snow-covered roads. We will collect on as many Thursday route streets as possible today; however, if road conditions do not allow a particular street to be collected today, that street will be collected tomorrow.
