Roanoke County offices and facilities will open at 12 noon on Tuesday, February 16.
Trash collection will be delayed at least one day this week due to Monday's closing. Solid Waste staff will evaluate Monday routes after sunrise on Tuesday and begin collecting trash as road conditions permit.
