[ARCHIVED] Community Meeting: Rezoning for Kate Madison Properties, LLC, 3746 Colonial Avenue

A Community Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, June 13th at the Roanoke County Administration Center, 5204 Bernard Drive, in the first floor Board Meeting Room, to review an application by Kate Madison Properties, LLC, to rezone 0.99 acres at 3746 Colonial Avenue from R-1, Low Density Residential, to C-1, Low Intensity Commercial, in the Cave Spring Magisterial District. The meeting will be an open house format beginning at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m. See the Community Meeting Notice for additional details.
