The first Community Meetings to receive public comments on the draft Community Strategic Plan will be Thursday, June 16, at Vinton War Memorial, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and again at 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Another set of meetings will be held June 27 at South County Library, at 3:00 p.m. and again at 7:00 p.m.
There will be no formal presentation so you may come and go as you please. County staff will be available to take your comments and to answer any questions you may have.
A draft of Roanoke County's Community Strategic Plan has been posted to our website for public review and comment.

The draft Community Strategic Plan will be available for review at all Roanoke County Libraries on the public computers and as a hard copy starting the week of June 6th. Paper copies of the survey will also be available at the libraries.
Public comments will be accepted on the draft Community Strategic Plan until July 3, 2016. Comments can be submitted online, at the community meetings listed below, or at a Board of Supervisors Public Hearing scheduled for August 9, 2016.
