[ARCHIVED] Community Meeting; TAS Design Inc.

A land use application has been filed with the Roanoke County Department of Community Development by TAS Design, Inc. The request is for a rezoning to amend a proffered condition and to obtain a special use permit for the purpose of constructing a mixed use commercial/multi-family residential building on approximately 1.49 acres located at 2602 Washington Avenue, in the Vinton Magisterial District.

No formal presentation will be given, however maps and other exhibits will be on display with the opportunity to ask questions of the applicant and Roanoke County staff. Feel free to come anytime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
