A land use application has been filed with the Roanoke County Department of Community Development by North Point Apartments, LLC. The request is for a rezoning to amend proffered conditions for a previously approved rezoning to allow one additional 12-unit multi-family residential building in the North Point Apartment community located on approximately 6.6 acres in the Hollins Magisterial District.
A community meeting regarding this request will be held on Monday, February 27, 2017 at the Hollins Branch Library, 6624 Peters Creek Road, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
No formal presentation will be given, however maps and other exhibits will be on display with the opportunity to ask questions of the applicant and Roanoke County staff. Feel free to come anytime between the above listed hours.
