[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Man Who Fled During Jury Trial

(Roanoke County, VA—June 12, 2017) Roanoke County Police are seeking 49-year old John Calvin Dunlap, Jr. On June 7, Dunlap went to trial for a felony charge of subsequent offense of domestic assault and battery. While the jury deliberated Dunlap left the courtroom and did not return. He was found guilty. The Police Department holds a Circuit Court Capias for his arrest.
