[ARCHIVED] Traffic Alert: Road Closure Scheduled for East Ruritan Road Starting July 10th

Beginning Monday, July 10, 2017 Route 609 (E. Ruritan Road) in the Bonsack area of Roanoke County is scheduled to be closed for replacement of a box culvert over a branch of Glade Creek. The box culvert is located 0.40 mile from Route 460. The roadway is scheduled to be closed at 9 a.m. on July 10 and will remain closed for up to 30 days. Signs advising of the closure will be installed two weeks prior to closing the roadway. A detour will be in place with signs directing traffic around the closure.
