[ARCHIVED] Circuit Court Now Accepts Online Payments

ROANOKE COUNTY, VA (August 3, 2017) – The Roanoke County Circuit Court Clerk's Office is now using the Virginia Judiciary Online Payment System (VJOPS), a secure web site designed to process payments of fines, fees, restitution, and court costs for traffic and criminal cases.

To pay online, visit the Virginia Judiciary Online Payment System, read and agree to the terms and proceed to the search screen to find your case. Select options from the drop-down menus to search cases, and enter your name. Select your case and follow the instructions on the payment screen to make your online payment. There is no extra charge for using this online payment system.

The Circuit Court Criminal Division also accepts payment for criminal fines by cash, money order, personal & certified check (defendants name/case number needs to be on check), Visa or MasterCard is accepted in person at the discretion of the Clerk, but not accepted by telephone. The office does not accept Debit or Check Cards. There is a 4% convenience fee added to costs when paying by credit card in person.
