There will be a closure of Crowell Gap Road (Route 657) at the intersection with Route 220 in Roanoke County. The closing of Crowell Gap Road will be done on 8/6/18 and will in place for up to two weeks. There will be detour signing in place to direct traffic to use other routes for the closure on Crowell Gap Road. There will be no changes for traffic on Route 220. This closure is for work in conjunction with the bridge replacement underway on Route 220 over Back Creek at this location.
Temporary Detour from Route 220 beginning 8/6/18:
Turn onto Yellow Mountain Rd (Route 668)
Turn right onto Mayland Rd (Route 667)
Turn right onto Bandy Rd (Route 666)
Continue on Bandy Rd (Route 666) to Crowell Gap Rd (Route 657)
