[ARCHIVED] Suspect Sought in Roanoke County Car Break-ins

Calfee

Roanoke County Police have warrants outstanding for 18-year old Tory Nashon Calfee, related to one of several offenses in the Green Valley subdivision on Colony Lane last week. Charges include grand larceny and tampering with automobiles. Calfee is a suspect in other larcenies from vehicles in that area. Police believe he is not the only suspect.

Calfee is described as a black male, 5’6,” 140 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. Police believe he is a transient with no fixed address.

Police continue to emphasize the importance of citizens securing their property and the single most effective deterrent is locking their vehicles. Within the last week alone, 38 vehicles were broken into across southwest Roanoke County. Every car was unlocked, including one that contained a firearm. These offenses remain under investigation while detectives continue to follow leads.
