[ARCHIVED] Heavy Police Presence near Tanglewood Mall

At approximately 1:40 this afternoon, Roanoke County police responded to a report of a self-inflicted gunshot by a male in the parking lot in front of the Kroger near Tanglewood Mall. Patrol officers and detectives are on scene now beginning their investigation.
