[ARCHIVED] Real Estate Valuation to Resume Field Inspections June 2

The Roanoke County Real Estate Valuation Department will begin inspecting and measuring new homes this week starting June 2. If you have built a new home recently or have a Building Permit for changes to your existing property, an appraiser will be in your neighborhood conducting inspections. We will be following safe guidelines regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.

A yellow note will be left at your property including a phone number and appraiser name. When you call our office the appraiser will ask questions about your home. The appraiser will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding this process.

For more information, contact the Real Estate Valuation Department at 540-772-2035.
