[ARCHIVED] Hit & Run Investigation - Public Assistance Needed

Hit and Run

On June 27, 2020, at around 06:15 pm a white sedan disregarded a red light at the intersection of Plantation Road and Williamson Road. The vehicle struck a subject on a moped who was transported to the hospital with injuries. The injuries are not life-threatening. The vehicle was traveling south on Plantation Road and was headed towards the direction of Hershberger Road. Based on car parts left at the scene the vehicle is a Toyota and it is believed to be a late 90’s model. The vehicle has damage to the driver side bumper and headlight. There may also be damage to the hood of the car. Accompanying this press release is a still photo from a business surveillance video of the suspect vehicle.
