- Trash Collection will be one day late for all routes this week. Due to current road conditions, we will be unable to collect trash on Monday, February 1st. Therefore, all solid waste collection for Roanoke County will be delayed by one day. Crews will begin assessing Monday route road conditions at daylight on Tuesday, February 2nd. Citizens should, as soon as it can be safely done, place the container to the street on the designated day for collection and leave it there until it has been emptied. If a street cannot be safely collected on the designated day, we will continue checking back until we can do so. Thank you for your patience as we work through this weather event.
