(Roanoke, Virginia - April 16, 2021) The Regional Center for Animal Care & Protection shelter is experiencing technical difficulties this morning which prevent staff from answering phone calls, performing adoptions, and accepting new intakes from the public.
Staff at the center can still do redemptions manually, so if your lost pet is at the shelter, please email mail@rcacp.org or come by and we will reunite you with your pet. The center is located at 1510 Baldwin Avenue, Roanoke, VA, 24012.
Staff is working steadily to correct the outage and hope to have the center back "online" as soon as possible. Notifications will be posted when the issue is corrected and the center is back in full business mode.
