The Roanoke County Public Safety Center administrative offices for the Police, Fire & Rescue, and Communications & IT Departments will be closed to the public today due to a water issue being addressed by the Western Virginia Water Authority.
Police and Fire & Rescue personnel will operate from the field with no interruption in service. The Emergency Communications Center (911 dispatch) will also continue operations with no interruption in service.
Any citizens needing to conduct business in-person at the Center should call after today to inquire if the building is open. Updates will also be posted to the County's Facebook page.
