Roanoke County Police Department is reporting a traffic accident on southbound Route 220 (Franklin Road), between Willowbrook Road and Webb Road.
One southbound lane of the road is blocked to traffic due to a single-vehicle accident involving a cement truck. The vehicle is on its side, some overhead wires are down, and clean-up is expected to take a while. Right now, police anticipate one lane of the road will be blocked for several hours. There are no injuries to report.
Police are advising motorists to use caution and seek other routes.
