A community meeting will be held on the First Four Petroleum Group, LLC's Special Use Permit request on Thursday, October 20th, 2022, at the North County Fire and Rescue Station, 150 Hershberger Road, Roanoke, VA 24019. The meeting will be an open-house style meeting from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. where you can come and go as you please during this time.
First Four Petroleum Group, LLC’s request is to obtain a special use permit for equipment sales and rental (storage container yard) on approximately 14.82 acres on land zoned C-2, High Intensity Commercial, located at 4855 Hollins Road, Hollins Magisterial District.
