[ARCHIVED] Road Closure (12/19/22): McVitty Road Northbound Road Closure for Vegetation Trimming

On Monday, December 19th, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., VDOT crews will close the northbound lane only of McVitty Road approaching Route 419 near Castle Rock Road to trim vegetation on the east side of the roadway approaching the McVitty/Route 419 traffic signal. Southbound traffic coming from Route 419 will be unaffected.

The detour route directs northbound traffic left onto Castle Rock Road, then right onto Stoneybrook Drive to access Route 419.
