A bridge over Back Creek on Apple Grove Lane (Route 696) will be replaced starting August 14 at 9 a.m., weather permitting. The replacement is anticipated to close the roadway for five business days, through August 18.
Drivers will need to follow the detour route using Whistler Drive (Route 937) to Old Mill Road (Route 752) to Bent Mountain Road (Route 221).
Message boards are posted to alert drivers to the project.
