[ARCHIVED] Treasurer and Commissioner Offices Closed August 8-9 for Software Upgrades

Treasurer and Commissioner Closed Aug 2024

The offices of the Roanoke County Treasurer and Roanoke County Commissioner of the Revenue will be closed on Thursday, August 8, and Friday, August 9, for software upgrades. All other Roanoke County offices will be open that day.

These offices are located at the Roanoke County Administration Center located at 5204 Bernard Drive, Roanoke.

Together these offices provide the fiscal integrity of assessment, billing, and collection of all ad valorem tax proposed within the County. They provide customer service for the citizen inquires on property assessments, application of proration, real estate transfers, and billing, payment, and collection solutions for all local taxes, as well as fiscal integrity for public funds collected through the prescribed taxes.

The Treasurer’s Office and the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 12, 2024.
