[ARCHIVED] County Offices Closed for Labor Day

Spotlight Labor Day 2024

Roanoke County's administrative offices will be closed Monday, September 2, 2024, for Labor Day. See the list below for changes to services and facility hours due to the holiday.

Trash Collection will be delayed one day, the week of September 2 - 6.
Roanoke County Public Libraries will be closed Monday, September 2.
Parks, Recreation and Tourism facility schedule for Monday, September 2:

Explore Park Visitor Center- Open 9 AM - 7 PM
Treetop Quest at Explore Park – Open 10 AM - 5 PM (last call 3:20 PM)
Splash Valley Water Park – Open 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Green Ridge Recreation Center – Open 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Brambleton Recreation Center - CLOSED
Public Service Center - CLOSED

CORTRAN services will not be available Monday, September 2.

McAfee Knob Trailhead Shuttle - normal operating hours.

Roanoke County Circuit Court will be closed Monday, September 2.
